Data processing location

All processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the registered office of the Association.

Purpose of processing

Personal data shall be processed in connection with the services offered by the Cultural Association Comitato di San Floriano on the occasion of exhibitions held at the Civic Museums of Udine through this website, exclusively for the purposes that fall within the Association’s institutional functions or for the fulfillment of obligations provided for by laws or regulations. Within these purposes, the processing also concerns data relating to subscriptions/registrations to the website necessary for the management of relations with the Association, as well as to allow effective communication and to fulfill any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify Users.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. Personal data collected through navigation on the website will not be disclosed or disseminated.
